Kim Kardashian diagnosed with 'serious' brain disease
American television star Kim Kardashian announced that she has been diagnosed with a "serious" brain condition, explaining that a routine MRI revealed a brain aneurysm.

Kim Kardashian, 45, revealed this news during the seventh season of "The Kardashians."

"They found a small aneurysm," Kim, a mother of four, said while speaking with her sister Kourtney Kardashian.

An aneurysm is a bulge in a blood vessel in the brain. If it ruptures, it can lead to severe, life-threatening internal bleeding.

The episode featured scenes documenting Kim undergoing an MRI at a medical facility, along with images of her brain.

Kim spoke about the stress caused by her marriage and divorce to Kanye West, noting that all of these turmoils contributed to her health problems.

Kim and Kanye married in 2014 and divorced in 2022. They have four children.

Doctors monitor these aneurysms through regular checkups, rather than surgery.

Approximately 30,000 people suffer from ruptures each year, while 500,000 deaths are associated with aneurysms annually, with half of the victims being under the age of 50, according to the British Mirror.
