The Iraqi Ministry of Oil announced the final statistics for oil exports and revenues achieved during the month of September, indicating that revenues amounted to approximately $7 billion.
A statement issued by the State Oil Marketing Organization (SOMO) on Sunday (October 26, 2025) stated that "the quantity of crude oil exports, including condensates, amounted to (102) million, (150) thousand, and (362) barrels, with revenues amounting to more than (6) billion, (962) million, and (124) thousand dollars."
The statement added that "the total quantities of crude oil exported during the month of September from oil fields in central and southern Iraq amounted to (102) million, (150) thousand, and (362) barrels."
The statement concluded by saying that "the Ministry, out of its belief in the importance of informing the public about export operations, has taken this monthly measure to publish details of oil exports and revenues."
Earlier, the State Oil Marketing Organization (SOMO) announced that Iraq's average crude oil exports during August exceeded 3.493 million barrels per day, the majority of which came from the ports of Basra Governorate.
SOMO stated in a statement that Iraq's oil exports last month generated revenues exceeding $7.16 billion.
Iraqi oil sales generated about $7 billion in revenue in September.
