Key Card revealed on Tuesday the nature of the glitch in its Super Key application that resulted in some accounts being depleted.
In a statement received by Al-Eqtisad News, the company explained that "the depletion of some accounts on its electronic cards is a temporary measure resulting from an ongoing technical update to the operating systems."
It added that "the balances will return to normal within the next few hours."
