The highest dollar exchange rate in the past 24 hours was 138,400 tomans, while the lowest was 136,600 tomans per dollar.
The dollar has appreciated by 0.58% against the toman in the past week and by 56.8% over the past six months.
Ongoing unrest and protests against the economic situation in Iran are negatively impacting the toman's exchange rate.
The protests, sparked by deteriorating living conditions, began with a strike by shopkeepers in Tehran on December 28.
The exchange rate is approximately 138,000 Tomans to one dollar.
