Government notice to Iraqis: Artillery will fire (21) rounds tomorrow morning

The Ministry of Defense issued a statement today, Monday, regarding a 21-gun salute scheduled for tomorrow morning.

The Ministry said in a statement received by Alsumaria News, "We draw the attention of our esteemed citizens to the fact that the Iraqi artillery will fire 21 rounds tomorrow morning, Tuesday, January 6, 2026, in the capital, Baghdad, in celebration of the 105th anniversary of the founding of the valiant Iraqi Army."
