1,676 residential buildings in Kyiv are without heating as a result of Russian attacks.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said that 1,676 residential buildings in the city remain without heating as a result of Russian attacks, despite central heating being restored to most of the 6,000 buildings that lost heating last Saturday.

Temperatures in Kyiv plummeted to below -10 degrees Celsius overnight.

The Ukrainian Air Force announced on Sunday that its air defense forces shot down 87 out of 102 drones launched by Russia during an overnight air offensive on northern, southern, central, and eastern Ukraine, according to the German Press Agency (dpa).

The statement said that Russian forces launched attacks on Ukraine overnight using two ballistic missiles fired from the Bryansk region of Russia, and 102 drones of the Shahed and Gerbera models, as well as other decoy drones, launched from the Russian regions of Kursk, Oryol, Bryansk, and Shatalovo, and from the temporarily occupied Donetsk region.

The statement added that the attack was repelled by air defense units, electronic warfare units, drones and mobile fire teams of the Ukrainian Air Force and Air Defense.
