US President Donald Trump said on Sunday that his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin's offer to voluntarily maintain limits on already deployed strategic nuclear weapons was a "good idea."
Putin last month offered to voluntarily maintain limits on the size of the world's two largest nuclear arsenals, set out in the 2010 New START treaty that expires in February, if the United States did the same.
